Wondering what’s in the budget for abstinence?  It states that the budget “supports efforts to reduce teen pregnancy” and “will fund models that stress the importnace of abstinence while providing medically-accurate and age-appropriate information to youth who have already become sexually active.”  Could this possibly used to crowd out programs that emphasize abstinence-until-marriage above condom use and to instead fund programs supported by other groups.
