Teen Pregnancy

On a recent Bill O’Reilly the discussion turned to teen pregnancy.  Bill showed a clip of two teens discussing  why they wanted to have a baby.  After which Bill stated that this was ”sad” because no 14 or 15 year old can take care of a baby.  He further stated that ”there is no judgmental values education.”

TV and Teenage Sex

Recently, an article appeared on BreakPoint entitled “Under the Influence” (1/15/09).  The article cited a study by the Rand Corporation that followed 2,000 kids between the ages of 12 and 17 for three years.  It asked them about “their television viewing habits and sexual behavior.”  The researchers found that adolescents with “high levels of exposure” [...]
