“Comprehensive Sex” Education:
A Thriving Business
Your children are being exploited…and something must be done about it. Those who benefit from promiscuity, namely advocates of “Comprehensive Sex” Education have taken a special interest in your child. Correction, “Comprehensive Sex” Educators have a special interest in making money $$$ off of your child.
By creating a website specifically targeted to teenagers, Planned Parenthood, one of the strongest advocates for “Comprehensive Sex” education, has taken it upon themselves to deliberately demoralize the youth. The website consists of various relationship and sexual information that could shock even a learned adult.
Another shocking angle, in a recent article from Planned Parenthood’s teen website entitled “Teenwire,” when asked by a teen, how to tell a parent that he or she wants to start having sex, a Teenwire author advised that, “If you’re very concerned that your mother would get upset, you might choose to put off this conversation until you feel you are both more ready(Teenwire Article).” It is interesting to note that what these “Comprehensive Sex” advocates are suggesting is not that the sexual activity be put off, but that the conversation with the parents be delayed. In this way, not only has Planned Parenthood claimed authority over the role of the parent in the teenager’s life, but they have also advised against a dialogue between child and parent.
Throughout the teenwire website, Planned Parenthood not only condones teen sexual activity with lessons on condom use, sexual fantasizing and even explicit sexual diagrams, Planned Parenthood has worked to promote sexual activity.
Under the term “Comprehensive Sex education” Planned Parenthood would like to bring this same promiscuous information into each classroom throughout the United States. But why, you may ask, would Planned Parenthood push so strongly for “Comprehensive Sex” education? It’s simple. The more teens become sexually active, the more money$$$ Planned Parenthood and its advocates will make off of them. Whether it is from condom or contraception sales, or vaccines which promise that the teen will be “one less” person affected by sexually transmitted diseases, “Comprehensive Sex” educators are making a profit. It is not surprising that their distribution of choice is the public school system. By promoting sexual activity and then claiming to offer protection from the consequences, Planned Parenthood has truly created their own system of supply and demand; payment of choice being your tax dollars.
Authentic Abstinence Education, on the other hand, is striving to end this cycle and promote a healthier lifestyle for your teen. For more information about Project Reality, please visit www.projectreality.org or call 847.729.3298.
